Can I sue my ex-finance for breach agreement? We got engaged 6 years ago and told both sides of our family that we had intended to get married. I purchased a wedding dress 2 years ago. And we have lived together for the last 20 years

No. You can't sue when a party changes their mind about marrying. You simply move on with your life and learn from the fact that it is legally a very bad idea to live together.
