Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Is it possible to sue the Ga Child Support Enforcement Agency? I've had to go to court 4 times because my ex wife was in contempt of child support. Each time the judge gave specific orders and this last time stated that if a purge payment was not made by the first of every other month by 4:00pm a warrant was to be issued. She has only paid one out of 4 on time, and this last time, she came into the office YESTERDAY with $300 to stop the warrant, and they released it. The papers state that the purge payment is to be made by the first, and that all payments are to be applied to current support first, then to arrears, then to purge. She didn't pay it by the first, so shouldn't it have to be applied to current support first? Additionally, the agent gave her 10 extra days per the online portal to pay it - how can an agent override a judge's order?

If you are unhappy with how they handle a case, you can't sue them but you can hire a private lawyer and file your own contempt. Expect to pay a retainer of several thousand dollars or more.
