Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I want to sue my ex for mental anguish. He decided to stop paying child support,so now my daughter and I are homeless, and lost my car. I have become depressed and cry all the time because he and his wife just will not leave me alone, and wants me to fail so he can get my kids. Can I sue for mental anguish? I want to be left alone.

There is no such thing as suing in this case for mental anguish.

You can and should be going after him for child support. You can either start a criminal abandonment case and seek to have him jailed, or hire a lawyer to do a contempt or garnishment, or simply have the state file a civil case for you.
