Can i sue the University Hospital for not giving me the correct care while in labor at 6 months? Can i sue for not telling me newborn baby got sick?

Sure, you can sue for anything you want. If you don't have a valid case, you will lose (and maybe even have to pay the other side's attorney fees). Obviously, no one here can possibly tell you if you have a valid case based on zero facts.
You can sue anyone you want. If you sue someone you should not have sued, they will collect a lot of attorneys fees from you.
Since you gave no facts as to what anyone did wrong, there is no way to answer you.
If you think there was malpractice you need to see a lawyer before your statute of limitations expires, which depends on something else you omitted, what state this happened in.
