Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Can I sue my soon to be ex wife? I was giving her the money to make the house payment. She did

not make payment an stole the mail so I did not know about the forecloser coming. Now I'm going

to lose my home I'm 15 payments behind.

If you have a soon to be ex-wife that means you are in a divorce and that's an issue that has to be addressed in the divorce. Ask your divorce lawyer.
