Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
Once a superior court judge issues a court order regarding a receivership restricting certain finanacial accounts distributions during the course of a family law action; in a subsequent hearing, involving a magistrate judge, can the magistrate judge amend the original orders by the presiding judge regarding the distribution amounts and persons who receive the money contrary to the original orders.

That is a question for the lawyers in the case. No one here knows what the orders state, or other relevant facts. A guess about what a judge can or cannot do, or would or would not do, would not help anyway.
