supervised visitation

i was realeased from prison after sreving 3 years for forgery.1 month prior to being arrested my son's father modified visitation to supervised visitation.i was not present for hearing since my realse i have no way of getting contact of my son.i get my 3 daughters from my exhusband every other weekend with no problems.how do i go about getting visitation to my son.what is supervised visitation?the judge that allows my visits to my daughters is the same judge that modified visitation to my son.both my ex husband ans my son's father also had the same attorneyfor both cases.what do i do?

Re: supervised visitation

You need to bring an action in court to modify custody/visitation based on changed circumstances. If he has a lawyer, you'd best not try to go it alone. Get a lawyer of your own.
