Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
Ex not supplying everything as stated in divorce papers
I would like to know how I can file contempt charges myself against my ex, who lives in Fla. I have paid a good amount of money to my lawyer with not much being resolved (and being a single mom, I don't have a lot of money to be spending). My ex is suppose to be supplying me a copy of all his W2's from the time we divorced, taking the 20% from his gross, and paying me the different. I can't get him to supply me with that. So please tell me what course of action I can do myself.

Yes, you can file yourself. However, since attorneys fees are likely to be awarded to you if your claim is upheld, I would advise you to consult with another attorney in your area in whom you have confidence.
