Support
What are my chances of getting my support lowered? I have joint legal/physical custody of minor child, split time equally, and the ex is living with someone where she can split her living expenses. We make about the same amount of money and this isn't fair.

Since none of us have read the original support order,no one here can answer your post. To change support, there would have to be a change of circumstances since the order. Support could be lowered (or increased) based on a change in what the children need, and, in some cases based upon changes of income. The changes coming January 1 to support calculations under Georgia law, if the other issues apply, may require an upward or downward modification. My office handles such cases. We would need to start by reading the existing decree and reviewing your respective finances at my office.
