Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

no support

My husband left me and my three small children without notice and he hasn't been back home since. I'm a stay at home mom and I have no money. The only contact number I have for him is his work number and when I called him to let him know we need money he said he will put money in my account be he didn't. I need to know what type of paper work would I need to fill out when I go to the court house for him just leaving us with no money and unpaid bills.

If he has been gone at least 30 days without paying support, go to the county magistrate's court, and take out an abandonment criminal warrant. If it has been less than 30 days, go to the nearest state child support office to file for support.
