survivorship re:Pension.after divorce

married for 32 years.then my husband left. later he remarried..he Still married .Survivor benefits not mentioned in our divorce...can I petition for this? My ex is in agreement

"Survivor benefits" is a broad term that includes many types of programs. Whatever survivor benefits will be available are controlled by contract, i.e., the documentation of the company providing the benefits, much like a life insurance policy. You need to contact the company who will provide the benefits. You should also consult with a local attorney.
