Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I am a teenage mom to be. I am no longer with the father, but I dont want him involved in my daughters life. What rights does he have and how can I fight him on it?

Although a father has no automatic rights if not married to you, a father can seek visitation and/or custody, and also has a duty to pay support, with or without a court decree.
You are presently reacting to a non-existent problem. Until the child is born, nothing will happen. Afterwards, unless HE files something, nothing will happen. However be aware that a mother who says what you just typed in your post will risk seriously angering most judges, as judges consider a father's visitation and custody rights to have great importance. Keeping that attitude could someday cost you custody. I suggest you contact Family's First and see if they can place you (and him) in a co-parenting class.
You made the adult decision to have a child (or engage in the activity that led to it), so this is among the first adult decisions you will need to take for the next 18 or so years. You don't simply say you don't want the father involved, as if it is a break up of a high school relationship. Like it or not, your child will have a father and both of you will need to act like adults and act in the best interests of the child.
