Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Telephone access

My ex-wife moved 2 months ago and has not been able to afford a telephone. The court order says I can call my son whenever I wanted to. Is there anyway to force my ex-wife to get a phone or am I stuck until see can afford one, which see said would be a few more months.

i don't think you can make her get a phone. I don't know a court that would hold her in contempt for not having one
