Temp Custody

I want temporary custody of my child until mine and my husbands divorce is over. Nothing has been done yet (filing divorce or custody). Do I HAVE to file for divorce 1st in order to get temporary custody?

Yes (you must file either a divorce or other court case in Superior Court).
