temporary custody
I would like to know if when you have temporary custody are you able to move out of state. And how do i go about making that person agree with the papers she signed. Because i haven't been able to see my childern but one time this year. And im suppose to see them twice a week. Thank you

You can move out of state unless the judge orders otherwise. Consult with a local attorney.
