Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Ive had temporary custody of my niece since she was 8 mths old she is now 3 about to be 4 and the parents now want to give me full custody, what do we do to get that started?

You retain a lawyer. That's 100% necessary. In most cases you'd do an adoption. Having the consent of both parents will reduce the cost.
