Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

How can I get a temporary custody order in place? I'm paying child support but we are not divorced yet. I am active duty military, so my payments automatically come out of my check every month, on time. My spouse is denying me the right to see my child. I've also sent her two sets of divorce papers which she refuses to sign. We have nothing together, except our daughter, but no property or loans.

you must file for divorce and litigate the custody issue in it...there is no magic bullet or short way to do it absent abuse or neglect by mother...
