I have full custody of the child, we live with my mother and father who are well off. I have consented the temporary guardianship, my x husband has not, so i have served him with the papers, i do not knoow what his answer may be but he said he did not want my parents raising the child, he s a trouble maker, he does not care where she is happy or not, I am doing yhis on my own ,what else can i do to make this work,

Re: temporary guardianship

As a general rule, you can't give guardianship if he objects. Your course of action could result in him getting custody and you losing custody and you should NOT file a case on your own. Meet with a lawyer, and if a lawyer sees a possibility of success, then use a lawyer. This is clearly a likely disaster without counsel.
