Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
My ex thinks he is the dad of my baby well at the birth of my son me and my hubby deiced that we were not going to get a dna test done. Our son was his it didnt matter. My ex recently told my mother he will probably want a dna test done in the next Few months.. i dont want him in our lives and he will try to take my son if it does buy some far chance happen to be his. Do i have to let a dna test be done or can i just flat out say no him name is no were near the birth certificate my hubby signed it..

You have omitted many details including who the father actually is (you should know) and also whether the child was conceived during or before the marriage. Since you chose to leave these details out, there is no way to answer what you can or should do.
