Can a tpo be dropped after time was served and they want back together?

TPO's can be dropped by the complainant at any time. However, if there are any criminal charges pending, that would depend on the prosecutor's office, and any bond conditions keeping the couple from having contact would need to be amended to avoid charges for violating a bond condition or aggravated stalking.
