Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

trade sex for joint custody

I was offered a trade of if I gave my husband sex that he would grant me joint custody when we divorce. He has been steady after me for sex even though he has emails which show adultery on my part. I have recorded this nonsense on my cell phone also, will that be something I could use in court? I figure the recordings are as ''bad'' as him using a program to read my emails without my knowledge. We have both filed already. Thank-you.

Assuming you have an attorney, discuss all this with him/her. If you don't have one, get one.

You need to address all of those issues with your attorney.
