Transfer of custody

My husband gave guardianship to his mother and his ex motherinlaw due to their mothers neglect. We are now trying to bring the girls home. they live separately and only see each other on our weekend .We have followed a case plan, had a home evaluation,had recomendation from dfcs and a casa for the girls to come home. still this is being denied . THE phsycologist has a personal relationship with the grandmother and ke4eps denying me the right to bring my girls home. Can you tell me where to get help or get this investigated??????

You need to raise this issue with the court and address it there. Petition the court for the return of the children.
