Transfer of decree

I was divorced in New Hampshire, and I now live in Georgia with my son. I want to find out what I have to do, or what is required, to get my divorce decree transferred from NH to GA.

Your question as posted really can't be answered as you didn't say why you wanted to do it, as that may affect whether you should do it or not. That's the first step - meet with a lawyer to discuss the reasons and need.

You can domesticate a foreign decree in Georgia. That begs the question as to whether you should.
