Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My troubled teen has been placed in permanent guardianship with a family and is now ready to come home. My -parental rights have not been relinquished How can I get her back home without going to court?.

You can't. A change in guardianship would require a court order. See a lawyer about whether you have a case. If you do, you will have to go to court.
