Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

When I was twelve years old my mom had a baby. The baby was eventually put into foster care and then my mom's parental rights for the baby was terminated. This was almost 8 years ago. What rights do I have now, as a sibling. We have never met, I just want to know more about my brother.

None. The court records are sealed following adoptions so it makes it hard to find out information.

There are agencies in some places that will help reunite family members separated through adoption. Usually, these agencies will agree to be an intermediary and both the biological family member and adopted person have to consent.
