Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

How would I need to type up some sort of "release of responsibility" for any dental and eye over/above charges, for my ex-wife to sign. Our divorce papers say that she is to cover the insurance but, she has failed and our daughter needs her braces reworked. I've added her to my insurance but, I do not want to be liable for any charges that aren't covered, since I still pay child support.

You can't. Only a court orders can amend a court order.
