ucc and divorce

how can i verify someone has filed and been granted divorce under UCC for the state of ga. Is this even possible?

I am wondering if you have mis-stated your question. The UCC (Uniform Comercial Code) has nothing to do with divorce. It covers commercial transactions. There is no such thing as a divorce under the UCC.

There is no such thing as divorce under UCC. The UCC deals with sales transactions, and has nothing to do with divorce.

Unless you know what county the case is in, you would have to call the clerks of all 159 Superior Courts one by one.
