Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Unauthorixed checks, homeschool custody, adultry

Facts: We've been married over 10 yrs. Wife had 2 prior divorces and 1 child from ea prior marrage. Wife cheated in 1st marriage and has filed bancruptcy at least once. She is currently employed FT and I have been homeschooling dtr since KinderG currently in 4th grd. Wife used my checks to pay off about 10K of her credit cds w/out me knowing. Recently found e-mails w/sexually graphic lang, and arrainging date & place to meet for sex. I sold a business to try teaching, but hated it. I am now having to pay 80-90% of our HH exp from my HELoC - she refusses to help any more. Im concerned to start new business - worried she might get part in a divorce. She has been delaying marraige counseling for months. My home was given to me (w/life estate retained) by my father b4 our marriage he is now dead. QUESTIONS Since I am a man my main concern is what are my chances to get custody (P&L) of our 10 yr old dtr? What chance she can be made to repay the $ she took? Could I get CS if I get custody? If I start or buy a business now could she claim any of it in a divorce? Will her intent (& perhaps act) of adultry have any significant role in proceeding or is it just going to be brushed off as rudeness. Can I sue for my emo pain?
