Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
If I am uncomfortable with handing over our child to a stranger who has been designated by the father to pick up our child, do I have to hand her over by law? She is nowhere on any of the custody forms nor are they married. He claims since it is on his time (the pickup) he is allowed to have anyone he designates pick her up. According to his "lawyer" an ID is enough to hand her over. What good does an ID do?

I assume you have a parenting plan. Most parenting plans specify if a responsible adult other than the parent can pick up the child, or a family member. I suggest you take the parenting plan to your attorney and not rely on what he says his attorney may have said.
