Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

uncontested devoice

my devoice is taking place in GA i now live in NC i was informed that i do not have to be there but if my wife asks for anything she gets it. the paper works says uncontested can she go to court and ask for something eventhought we filed uncontested and if so do i need to be there

None of us have seen your paperwork, so there is no way any lawyer online can answer you. BEFORE YOU SIGN, hire a lawyer to review the papers. After you sign may be too late. (If you have made the mistake of signing papers without a lawyer, see a lawyer anyway to see if you have any options).
