Uncontested Divorce

I was married over 7 years ago and shortly after my husband left me and I have not heard from him since. How can I take care of a divorce on my own?

Your best bet is to hire counsel. Your cheapest route is if he will sign the paperwork (an uncontested case).

If you cannot find him, then a case by publication (after a diligent search) may be the option.
