Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I understand that fedeal law is 18 to be considered a adult . I wanna move back to Georgia from jersey my dad lives there I live her in jersey with his ex wife, I'm only 16 I'll be 17 in July one of u already told me it wasn't a good idea I guess what I wanna know is what can I do to protect myself legally if I do move back. Which I'm hard headed so I probably will I'm on probation in Georgia have been for 3 years that doesn't help, I need to move back , can I just get parental consent from my garfish here?

The answer doesn't change when you post the same question over and over. The answer is no. The age of majority is set by state law and is 18. Your plan will likely land your brother in jail.
(It may also land your father in jail).
Why do you even ask? It seems that you are determined to ruin your life before you even get to 18, so no answer on an internet forum is going to keep you from doing that.
