Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I understand that fedeal law is 18 to be considered a adult . I wanna move back to Georgia from jersey my dad lives there I live her in jersey with his ex wife, I'm only 16 I'll be 17 in July one of u already told me it wasn't a good idea I guess what I wanna know is what can I do to protect myself legally if I do move back. Which I'm hard headed so I probably will I'm on probation in Georgia have been for 3 years that doesn't help, I need to move back , can I just get parental consent from my garfish here?
