Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Even though I'm unemployed and therefore can't afford a lawyer, he can just stay in the house and be a free loader and nothing can be done about it?

The answer is the same as it was when you posted last. IF you want him out of the house, get a lawyer and file for divorce. Otherwise, until you file and a court rules, he can stay as long as he wants. It's your choice, so if you choose to do nothing, nothing will happen.
