Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

have a ? about unethical practice of an attorney?

My sister is currently going through a divorce, and the attorney that is representing her husband also currently represents our brother in an ongoing case. The attorney mentioned information pertaining to my brothers case that I feel is a breach of client/attorney confidentiality. The attorney made these comments to help her current client the husband in his case, and to get my sisters attorney to withdrawl from the case. Is there any law that protects the client that this attorney has abused the rights and trust of? Now that this attorney has mentioned this in court my sisters attorney has withdrawn himself from representing her because of conflict of interest and moral & ethical reasons. For my sisters attorney was the attorney against my brother several years ago. I find this all very strang, and I have great concern that my sister is being swept under the carpet by the system. Her husband abused his stepson and she has filed for divorce. They share three kids together and he filed befor she could to get temporary custody of the minor children and to have the house. Please help with any information that you may offer petaining to what she should do, and is this action by the attorney against the law.
