Re: Unilateral divorce

This is an often-asked question. You may be able to find forms in a bookstore or on the net, although I don't know where, since I use my own. You are acting at your peril by assuming a "one-size-fits-all" form will propertly protect your rights. Consult with a local attorney.

Re: Unilateral divorce

There is no such thing as a unilateral divorce.

It is highly recommended, especially with recent changes in divorce laws, that anyone seeking a divorce use a lawyer. If the case is uncontested it is very inexpensive. If the case is contested, it will cost more but then it's even more critical.
