Ex and unwed couple

I just have 1 question, My exwife called today out of the blue and no longer wants my son to stay with me until i get married, my girlfriend/soon to be wife, have been toghter for around 5 years and both love my son dearly, was just wondering if she can leglly tell me he cant ''sleep'' over here untill were married. Its also not in our divorce papers. Thanks for your time

Visitation, until a court rules otherwise, is determined by one's agreement.

Having said that, it is a dumb move legally for you to live together rather than get married. If your ex did go to court order it, some (not all) judges might use that as a reason to eliminate overnight visitations or restrict them. Why risk that?
