Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Unwed mother

My daughter is 16 & 6 weeks pregnant.She and boyfriend broke up 5 weeks ago because she felt he was a bad influence in her life.I was very happy about this,but the baby is his.He and his mother have my daughter very upset saying they are going to take her to court and get her baby after it's born.Please help! What are his right and ours by Georgia law?
