Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

i am in a verbally abusive and sometimes physical abusive marriage and i want to go back to North Dakota where all my family lives can i leave the state of Georgia with my 4 month old daughter and then file for speration and divorce when i get to North Dakota? I have no family in Georgia except for my husband thats why i want to go home to north dakota where i will have moral support

Unless that is court order that prohibits it, you can ordinarily go anywhere you want. Consult with a local attorney.
