Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
Visitation Rights
My cousin does not know where his children are at. Their mother and her boyfriend, over the years, have had a strained relationship with my cousin. At first he knew how to contact them but she finally moved somewhere no one knows how to contact her, not even a phone number, most likely on purpose. How would he go about trying to contact his children? We've tried the ''411 listing'' with her full name and her current boyfriend's full name with no luck. They were last in Pennsylvania.

Re: Visitation Rights
You need to talk to a private investigator. I have one I use who is a former FBI agent and has contacts all over the country. If you would like his contact information, please feel free to call or e-mail me.
Re: Visitation Rights
Using the internet is a cheap way to try and locate a person, but often not successful. I would suggest contacting an attorney to try and locate the mother and if (s)he cannot locate her, hire a private investigator.
If you would like to discuss any issues further, please feel free to contact my office. My contact information is below. Thank you.
