Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Visitation rights

Is it possible for me to file contempt of court charges against my ex-wife for not allowing me to see my son during my visitation period? If so, is there a specific form to complete or do I have to have an attorney file for me?

Re: Visitation rights

The proper form depends on the county in which you would need to file the request. I would strongly suggest retaining local counsel to assist you.
