Vital Stats

My birth certificate has Esaw on it [my mom's maiden name][I was born in Ft. Knox, KY] and my SSN Card has--name removed--[my mom's married name]. SSN says that;s what was on my application by my step father [who is now deceased]. The only thing Esaw is on is my birth cert, passport, and ID. Everything else states--name removed--banks, employment, school, taxes, SSN Card, etc. I hv been approved under Esaw as a sponsor for my fiance visa. Now my fiance's country needs taxes, bank info, and employment verification..all of which say--name removed--.what can I do? I don't want him to be denied!! Esaw doesn't even have an SSN. Also I need something to be able to mail to him soon..Help!
