He is currently on child support for his oldest son which he does not pay. I want to know what are my choices that would benifit my son.I feel like im stuck and by him not working I will not get anything for my son. I am supporting my son 100%. Please help

Unless you were married to him or he legitimized the child, you cannot file for full custody as you automatically have that now. You can file for child support with the state, and should, although realistically, if he is not working, you won't likely see money (you may get him in jail and get his license suspended, which might motivate him to work). There is sadly no perfect remedy for slime like your child's father, who thing they can get people pregnant and not take care of their children, but perhaps a jail cell and being unable to drive will motivate him. Good luck.
