i wanted to know if me and husband are divorce but purchased a truck prior to the marriage he got incarcerated and got behind in child support i got my truck refinance for lower payments so i took him off my truck through another company the company whom i refinance with paid the prior company off for over four years i had no problem gettin my decaf sticker until this year they said i had a lien on my truck due to child support

Unless you committed a felony (Forgery) there was no way you could have gotten his name off a car title or refinanced without him. It sounds like you may be in serious danger of going to jail. See a very good criminal lawyer. The lien is probably valid and you could be facing jail time.
