Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My ex wife agreed to continue to make the monthly payments on a loan until it is payed in full. It is in the divorce agreement signed by me , her, and the judge. She has stopped making the payments. Because the loan is in my name, my credit is at risk. What are my legal options and can she be forced to pay my legal fees?

The creditor can sue you and ruin your credit.

Whether you can sue her depends on the language of your paperwork. If you did it yourself, I'd bet you did not draft the needed language. If you had a lawyer, he probably did and you should call him.
