Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My ex wife has agreed to allow me to sign over all parental rights and release me from child support so her new husband can adopt the kids. how do i get this done?

You cannot. The attorney handling their adoption, as part of the adoption proceedings, will prepare appropriate paperwork.
