Me and my wife got into an argument and she decided to leave the state with our child while I was at work, what are my rights?

None, at this point. I am assuming that you are in Georgia.

You can seek to determine custody and visitation and support if and when you file for divorce or separate maintenance.

Timing matters. In the first six months any filing will be in Georgia. After six months you will have to file in her new state. Get a lawyer ASAP.
