Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
My wife has been having dilusions of me having an affair, I beleive that she has lost her mind. I am not having an affair and all the evidence she claims she has is gibberish on the computer, it makes no sense. She also believes that someone is watching and listening to her through our tv, computer, cell phones and gaming sysyem. I have just recently moved out because I cannot handle the things she is doing and saying. She has our kids ages 11 and 10 and she hasnt been caring for them, she hasnt worked in 5 weeks and only sends the kids to school occasionally. She has begun to tell our kids that people are watching them and iam afraid for my kids, she tells me if i take then to live with me she will accuse me of kidnapping. My kids are unsafe, can i take them to live with
me without legal ramifications?

When you have an immediate issue with the care of your children and their safety, and those issues are important, you are sitting in a lawyer's office discussing it and not posting questions on the internet. To be blunt, that indicates the problems are not urgent or very important. Call lawyers now, and set up appointments for tomorrow morning.
If your spouse was behaving so bizarre, can't imagine you leaving young children with her. If you felt you had to leave because of her bizarre behavior and couldn't take it, why in the world would you have your children stay? Why would you allow them to stay if she isn't caring for them or getting them to school? A hundred questions come to mind but the main one is, why haven't you done something to secure your children's care and safety. You need to speak to an attorney.
