My ex wife has full custody of our son after divorce 7 years ago. 6 Months after divorce she and my son moved back in and we have been raising him as a family together for 5 years. Well she moved out again about 4 months ago and now is trying to sue me for 5 years back child supoort that they both or either our child has lived with me and I have supported them the whole time. Can she do this?

Yes she can, and you made a huge legal mistake in not seeking modification of the court order 5-7 years ago. You owe the back support. Get a good lawyer NOW (like today - not soon - but now). A lawyer may be able to argue for some reduction in support in the future based on what you will owe for the past 7 years.
