Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Wife insists on a morality clause in divorce settlement. I don't want one because I feel it unduly restricts me from living my life after divorce. I know that I will be way more apt to live with someone before marrying them in the future and she knows this. If we can't agree how likely is a judge to allow one? And what are the potential consequences if there is one and I move in with a girlfriend?

Assuming you have kids (since you lef that out of the story), you can safely assume that most Judge's will consider your actions important and take steps to protect the children. Obviously, if you have a lawyer you have probably heard this or will hear it. If you are trying to do this without a lawyer, this should be an indication why it is a bad idea. Even your post could be held against you if discovered.
